Review:
ExploreTalent is NOT recommended by Hustlevida. We are including this as a caution.
CONS:
- YOU pay THEM for the opportunity to POSSIBLY find a job.
- With Explore Talent, you will pay a lot money before you ever land a part, if you even land a part.
Real acting jobs: Auditions are free. Agents don’t charge you unless they find work and not until you take the job.
ExploreTalent’s fees from their Terms of Service: The current applicable charge is $49.95 per month. Also currently available are discounted prepaid packages as follows: Pro Talent packages: US$39.73 per month, US$99.73 per 3 months, US $188.73 per 6 months, US $288.73 per 12 months. If you want a “Featured Talent” package, it’s an extra $19.95 per month.
Do This Instead:

- Take acting classes at your local community college
- Go to free auditions.

“I get all kind of text messages from casting directors saying you matched for a commercial paying $5,000 and give a number to call. Find out its a phone rep for explore talent telling me I’m matched with so many great money making jobs and they can submit my profile but I have to sign up with the pro for casting director to respond back to me. I told her I don’t have the money and she said your going to miss out on this opportunity an she kept asking me which one I wanted to sign up with I told her again I don’t have the money then she says its only $100 your going to make so much more doing the commercial. Big game play. Didn’t get me though. If someone wants me for their commercial I’m not going to pay them. No thanks!”
