PROS:

  • Free to post profile and photographs of your work
  • Contractor friendly, but not customer friendly (lawn care is a service, so it needs good customer service to get customers)

CONS:

  • Fined $30, if more than three customers complain about you in a given month
  • The contractor, not the site, is responsible for refunds if the client is unsatisfied with your work
  • Buggy app
  • Clients have complained about the app (causing them not to use it to find and use you)
  • Contractor friendly, but not customer friendly (lawn care is a service, so it needs good customer service to get customers)
